CEO Netweavers is a volunteer organization dedicated to propagating the values of servant leadership through educating experienced leaders to affect higher organizational performance. Members of CEO Netweavers strive to exemplify the values of a servant leader, notably serving others with the expectation of receiving nothing in return.

Robert Greenleaf wrote, “if a better society is to be built, one that is more just and more loving, one that provides greater creative opportunity for its people, then the most open course is to raise both the capacity to serve and the very performance as servant of existing major institutions by new regenerative forces operating within them.”

For institutions to serve their stakeholders, achieve their mission and fulfill their vision, they must be led by men and women who desire to serve first and lead second. Servant leadership is a better way of producing high performance. Servant leaders empower employees, build lasting relationships through trust and respect, engage workers in strategic vision and fulfill workers with work that is meaningful to them and uses their gifts.
