Netweaving Netweaving, a term coined by Bob Littell, Netweaving is more than networking. It builds bridges of trust by listening and helping others first. It is the facilitation of ideas, opinions, and experiences among participants. The goal of Netweaving is to help one another build lifelong personal and business relationships throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, the country, and worldwide. Servant Leadership As defined by Robert Greenleaf, the founder of The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, Servant Leadership is exemplified by leaders who always seek the interests of the organization and its constituents first, taking responsibility for failure and passing on praise to others. CEO Netweavers are current and former Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officers.
