We realize the current economic situation is difficult for many of our
members and that the outlook is uncertain, so we are offering optional payment
plans with small service charges. Also, we have several full and partial
scholarship memberships available. If you need a scholarship to continue your
membership, please
dfwchapter@ceonetweavers.org. Any scholarship arrangements
will be totally confidential.Payment options are*:
- Full payment of $400.00, due by January 31, 2020
- Payment Plan A – 4 monthly payments of $105.00 by credit card, with the first charge on February 15th and the 15th of the month thereafter.
- Payment Plan B – 8 monthly payments of $55.00 by credit card, with the first charge on February 15th and the 15th of the month thereafter.
* Please note that if you opt for a payment plan, we need to
return the attached
consent form stating your agreement to the payment plan (you can
provide Maria with your card number by phone for security) no later than January
31st. Payment plans are only available for payment by credit card. For any
renewals after January 31st, there will be a monthly charge of $50.00. Renewals
will not be accepted after March 31st and any members not renewing and making
payment or opting for a payment plan by that date will have their membership
terminated. Membership dues are not refundable.
