About NBS
Navigating for Business Success offers a structured but interactive environment
where you can receive a free exchange of ideas and candid business advice
regarding the challenges your company is currently facing from a panel of
experienced and knowledgeable senior business leaders. There’s no obligation, no
selling, and no self-promotion. It is a manifestation of servant leadership in
action.Navigating for Business Success offers companies the unique
opportunity to present operational and strategic issues facing their companies
to a seasoned group of executives who have volunteered their time to the
program, and to you. As a CEO Netweavers outreach program targeting the local
business community, the program is offered without cost or obligation. By
facilitating problem solving through a free exchange of ideas, opinions,
experiences and expertise, our goal is provide new ways to view problems,
recognize opportunities, and create solutions. Companies in all stages and
industries are eligible to participate. Since 2002, Navigating for Business
Success has hosted over 100 Dallas/Ft. Worth area companies from a broad range
of industries including:

How it Works
The program begins with an inquiry or referral, and interested executives
are asked to submit a brief application identifying the company, its business or
industry, and outlining a specific topic or area of concern for discussion. A
facilitator from CEO Netweavers is then assigned to the presenting company. The
facilitator is the company’s guide throughout the process. The facilitator’s
role is to help gain the most benefit for you and your company, assisting with
such decisions as to the type of materials to prepare, information to share
before the session, selecting a panel of the most appropriate CEO Netweavers and
Netweaver partners to participate in your session, and moderate the panel
discussions at the session. Sessions generally take place on a weekday evening.
All panelists have executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement assuring you and your
company a confidential environment to present challenges in a forum at the
highest levels.
