We are a group of giving CEOs, and we would like to keep it that way. That’s why we have fairly strict membership guidelines. All members must share key values, qualifications, and most importantly, our dedication to Servant Leadership. Prospective Netweaver Partners and Netweavers must be nominated by a current member and have an existing personal and trusted business relationship with a current CEO Netweaver.

Netweaver qualifications
To be considered for membership in the CEO Netweaver organization, you must be or have been:

1. The most senior executive position within a corporation, division, subsidiary, or affiliate of a for-profit or non-profit organization

or

the second in command in a role that could be construed as the Chief Operating Officer regardless of the actual title

or

building a career as President, Chairman of the Board, CEO, Managing Director, Member of a Board of Directors, or any such equivalent title.

2. Responsible for annual revenues of at least $10 million, in the case of for-profit businesses.
3. Responsible for at least $5 million in operating budget, in the case of non-profits.
4. Directly responsible for at least 15 full-time employees or their equivalents.
5. Willing to participate in the organization’s activities on a regular basis.

Netweaver Partner qualifications
To be considered for CEO Netweaver Partner membership in CEO Netweavers, you must be:

1. A leader in your field and well-known for your professional expertise.
2. An experienced, reputable, high-quality service provider to Board Members, CEOs, and COOs as defined by the Netweaver criteria.
3. A firm believer in the Servant Leadership philosophy and have demonstrated proven experience in this area.
4. Sponsored by a CEO Netweaver with whom you have a personal and trusted business relationship.
5. Willing to participate in the organization’s activities on a regular basis.
6. Able to fulfill the requirements of a CEO Netweaver Partner as determined from time to time by CEO Netweavers.
