Monthly Speaker Series The Connection Disconnect: The Future Of Remote Work Pros, Cons and Challenges Thurs, May 12 at 7:30 AM Tino Mantella became the President and CEO of The Turknett Group in 2018 and he has over 30 years of experience leading some of the nation’s largest and most distinguished not-for-profit organizations including the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, the National Arthritis Foundation, and the Technology Association of Georgia. He helped The Technology Association of Georgia grow from less than 500 members when he started to over 36,000. Through Turknett, he supports CEOs and their teams in building accountable and engaged cultures. He supervised a team of over 4,500 employees during his years at the Chicago Y and they had programs that ranged from gang intervention to foster care to providing housing. The YMCA and Mantella, during his tenure, were one of the first not-for-profits ever recognized with the prestigious George Land award for Innovation. At the Arthritis Foundation, during Mantella’s tenure, the organization distributed over $50 million dollars to help find cures for debilitating diseases.
